Osare

Organiser hub

From a few sentences to a live listing

Describe your experience once. Osare AI drafts every section, you review, and you publish.

The whole journey

Seven steps, start to finish

The first two are one-off setup. After that, every new experience is just describe, review, publish.

  1. 1

    Set up payments once

Sign in with Google, choose Organiser, and complete Stripe's short verification. It saves your progress if you need to stop and come back.

  2. 2

    Accept the terms

Read and accept the Agency Agreement, Terms of Service and Privacy Policy in one screen.

  3. 3

    Describe your experience

Write a few sentences, or tap one of our example briefs and tweak it. Twenty characters is the minimum.

  4. 4

    Watch the draft appear

Osare AI fills in your listing and each card lights up when it is ready. It usually takes less than a minute.

  5. 5

    Review each card

Open a section, change anything you like and tap Save. Required sections must be reviewed, optional ones can be signed off as they are.

  6. 6

    Automated safety check

Before guests can book, we screen the listing. If something is flagged, the card tells you exactly what to fix.

  7. 7

    Publish and share

Publish with one tap, then copy your booking link and send it to guests anywhere.

Review, don't write

Every card is already filled in

Osare AI pre-fills all 12 sections of your listing. Each one sits on its own card with a status, so you always know what is left.

12 of 12 sections reviewed

Required cards (like Overview, Availability and Pricing) must be reviewed before you publish. Optional ones, such as Food & drink, can be signed off as they are.

What organisers type

These are the example briefs inside the app. A few sentences is plenty.

  • “A 7-day slow-travel retreat in the Alpujarras mountains north of Granada, based in a restored farmhouse. Small group of 8. Daily hikes, long lunches, Spanish wine pairings, gentle yoga in the mornings. English and Spanish.”
  • “A weekend surf and breathwork hang-out on the north coast of Portugal for intermediate surfers. Three nights, shared house, cold plunges, simple dinners, max 10 people.”
  • “A 3-day pasta-making intensive in Emilia-Romagna for 6-12 guests. Two nights at a countryside agriturismo, daily trips to producers, hands-on lessons with a nonna, gluten-free alternatives offered.”
  • “A 5-day yoga and hiking retreat in the Peak District for 10 guests. Farmhouse stay, morning vinyasa, afternoon trail walks, vegetarian home-cooked meals, ending with a sound bath.”

Peace of mind

Quick, but never out of control

  • Built for your phone

Every step works one-handed on a small screen, so you can list from the car park or the airport lounge.

  • Edit any time

Change prices, dates or photos whenever you like. Edits to a live listing trigger a fresh safety check before new guests can book.

  • You stay in control

Nothing goes live until you have reviewed every section and pressed publish. You can take a listing offline whenever you want.
